Point Tweaker is a plug-in for Adobe Illustrator.The software provided is a fully-functional demo version. You may use it without restriction for 14 days. After that it will still work but will no longer edit paths in Illustrator.This plugin allows you to view and finely adjust the coordinates of path points. Path data is also shown.
